• We Are Peers

A new format for learning and

    connecting with peers

  • Why We Do It

Today, on the internet, we learn through our social networks. Still, in our organisations, transmission is organized in a centralized way. As a result of these limitations, most of people knowledge and talents stay in their head. This is a huge cost of lost value for organisations and society as whole.

It can be done differently. When peers learn from each other about tact in relationships, meditation for stress management, or data visualisation, they take action of their education, show interest, grow on their strength, they connect, collaborate and innovate.

We are different from TED conference, or MOOCs - the Massive Open Online Courses. Our sessions are not based one speaker talking to an audience, or one individual lecturing thousands of anonymous people online. We help peers and share their knowledge, just in time, on the topics that concerned them, through structured activities.

  • What We Share

At WAP, we share in 4 basic formats

    Bring Awareness

Who/What has inspired you lately? Made you feel wow?

    Reflect on the past

What have you learnt from your past (good/bad) experience?

    Solve a problem

What kind of problems you want to discuss with your peers?

    Transfer a Skill

What are special skills, how can you transfer it with others?

  • Our Story

During her studies, Diane Lenne realized that too often, students wait for the end of the course, instead of being eager to start. She thought we can awake the desire to learn by enabling students to learn directly from one another.

She creates WAP - We Are Peers, the first course based on peer sharing, which delivers credits. In February, after improvement with professors, former participants and researchers, the course was inserted in the school curriculum for all promotions. Few month after, they were invited by the French Minister of Education to inspire more schools. Through the program, students find their own topic to learn and share together. They are more engaged and grow faster. Big companies have heard about this solution and asked WAP to facilitate knowledge internally.
